On Saturday February 9, The National Pastoral Musicians National President, Steve Petrunak presented a Beyond Strumming workshop at St. James Catholic Church in Novi. Guitarists from St. Thomas the Apostle, The Spirit of love ensemble, and others from around the diocese attended.
They spent the morning hearing about guitar techniques, styles, rhythms, and music theory to be used while playing for liturgies. It was a great gathering of musicians that help lead our worshiping communities.
